I think that was perfectly put. I think expectations do drain off that portion of self involvement in your actions. I do not say involvement in the whole essence of "self"  per se, but to an extent yes. On the contrary, to live without expectation is, not tough, I'd say, but pointless. You wouldn't feel half the feelings a life time has to offer to you. So, what's the point? &lt;BR/&gt;Expectation stretched too far upon the kith and kin often leads to pressure.
